Sales and Business Development
We are actively looking for individuals to fill positions in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
- Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and provides solutions to their problems.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a professional sales environment.
- Technically inclined with practical experience in any of the following:
- web development
- internet sales
- social media
- search engine optimization
- online marketing
Must have:
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Quick learner and problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to manage their time and prioritize requirements.
- Enthusiastic about Technology and learning.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum supervision.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
